Why Aurnova

0% commission

On your bookings and on your sales. Card fees are charged by Stripe to your own account, on Stripe's terms — we take nothing along the way.

Ready in 3 business days

The assistant alone is 3 business days. The clock starts when we have your material.

Three languages

French, Arabic, English — the same site, the same booking, the same confirmation e-mail in all three.

                Frequently asked questions

The prices come from our rate table, the rules from the terms of sale — with the article cited each time.

                What does it cost?

A service website: 490 € setup, then 149 € a month. An online store: 790 € then 290 € a month. The AI assistant alone: 90 € then 79 € a month. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI (French VAT exemption). These are the rates in Annexe 1 of the terms; the full table, including the standard rate after the launch places, is on the pricing section.

How long until my site is live?

3 business days for a service website, 7 business days or more for an online store depending on the size of the catalogue, 3 business days for the assistant alone. The clock starts when we receive your material — text, photos, logo, opening hours — not when you order (terms, art. 5). While that material is missing, nothing can begin.

Do you take a commission on my sales?

No, none. Your customers' payments go through your own Stripe account, opened in your name: you link it yourself from a single link, we hold no key to it and we cannot touch or refund that money — all we create on it is the payment page for the sum you ask for at booking, and we are not a party to your sales (terms, art. 10.3). Card fees are Stripe's, charged by Stripe, on Stripe's terms.

                Is the site genuinely multilingual?

Yes: French, Arabic and English, each with the correct reading direction. The same site, the same booking, the same confirmation e-mail in all three. Your customer is never asked to pick a language from a menu — it is recognised from what they write.

How do I pay, and what happens if a payment fails?

Setup is paid at the order, before work begins. The subscription is then charged monthly in advance by card through Stripe (terms, art. 8.1 and 8.2). If a charge fails you are told by e-mail; without settlement within 10 days the service may be suspended until payment (art. 8.5).

How am I told about a booking or an order?

You get a notification on every booking or order, and your customer gets their confirmation e-mail. When the assistant cannot answer, it takes contact details and hands over to you rather than inventing an answer.

How much AI assistant is included?

1,000 conversations a month are included. Beyond that: 5 € per started block of 100 conversations. A conversation is all exchanges from the same visitor within 24 hours — not every message. The assistant always says it is an artificial intelligence when asked.

Who owns the site, the content and the domain name?

Your content — text, images, logo, data — stays yours (terms, art. 13.2), and what the AI produces for your site is yours to use, including after the contract ends (art. 13.3). The platform itself, its code and its templates remain ours: your subscription gives you use of it, not the source code (art. 13.1). Your domain name is yours in every case.

Who is responsible for my customers' data?

You are. For your visitors' and customers' data — bookings, orders, conversations — you are the data controller and we are the processor within the meaning of article 28 GDPR (terms, art. 14.2). We process that data only to provide the service, it is hosted in the European Union, and the current list of sub-processors is in the privacy policy.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes. The monthly subscription has no minimum term: an e-mail is enough, and it ends at the close of the month already paid for, with no pro-rata refund (terms, art. 9.1). On stopping, you can ask within 30 days for an export of your data — bookings, orders, customers, content — as CSV, JSON and images (art. 9.5).
