Does it handle several stylists on different hours?
Yes. Each stylist has their own days and hours, and the client only sees slots genuinely free with the one they chose. With no preference, the site offers what is free across everyone.
A colour takes longer than a cut. Does the site know that?
That is the point: you give each service its length once, and the booking holds exactly that. A colour cannot be dropped into a thirty-minute gap.
What about clients who do not book online?
They keep phoning and you write them in as before. The site does not replace how you work: it catches the ones looking at their phone in the evening, when the salon is shut.
Can I ask for a deposit on long services?
Yes, per service: a deposit online, a card imprint, or nothing at all. What you take goes through your own Stripe account, and we take no commission on it.
My clients speak Arabic and French depending on the family.
The site is in all three languages, and the language is never a menu to pick: it is recognised from what the person writes. The confirmation e-mail goes out in the language the booking was made in.
