A plumber does not lose time on site, they lose it on the phone: three calls to work out whether it is a mixer tap to swap or a stack to redo. The site asks the questions for you, with the request itself — photos included — so you can price it or decline without picking up.

I do not want the site quoting a price for me.
It quotes none. This is a quote request: the site gathers, you price. No rate is shown unless you decide to publish one, and nothing is committed in your name.
For emergencies I would rather they rang.
Then the site shows your number for emergencies and only offers the form for what can be scheduled. Making someone with water on the floor fill in a form would be a bad idea.
Can I receive photos?
Yes, and it is the most useful part: a photo of the joint saves the call back. They arrive with the request, not in a second message.
Many of my customers write in Arabic.
The request can be filled in in all three languages, and the assistant answers in the one the person wrote in. You receive the request in the language you chose for your notifications.
