An appointment website for your dental practice
A dental practice does not fill like an ordinary diary: a scale-and-polish and a crown fitting take neither the same time nor the same chair, and toothache cannot wait for the next free slot in three weeks. The site separates reasons at the first question, so the emergency does not end up queued behind the check-ups.

How do we stop an emergency being buried among check-ups?
The reason is the first question, not the last. You decide which reasons open which slots: you can hold time for emergencies only, or close online booking for emergencies and show your number instead.
Does the site hold medical data?
No, deliberately: it takes a reason, a slot and contact details. No records, no history, no attachments. For your patients' data you are the controller and we are the processor, within the meaning of article 28 GDPR.
Does it replace my practice software?
No. It takes appointment requests on the outside, where your software does not reach: at night, at weekends, and from people who will never ring. What you do with them afterwards stays your organisation.
Many of my patients are not fluent in French.
The site and the assistant answer in French, Arabic and English, in whichever language the person wrote — never asking them to choose from a menu. The confirmation goes out in that same language.
What does the assistant do when it does not know?
It says so, takes contact details and hands over to you. It does not invent an answer, and it gives nothing that would read as medical advice.
