An ordering website for your bakery
A bakery does not sell at the hour it takes the money: the celebration cake and the thirty pieces for a christening are decided a week earlier, at the counter, in a notebook. The site takes those orders — the ones with a collection date — and files them by day, so the bakehouse knows on Monday what has to come out on Saturday.

I cannot take orders for tomorrow morning, it is unworkable.
You set the minimum notice per product: the day before for a tiered piece, two hours for a platter, nothing at all for what you do not want ordered ahead. The site only offers what you can actually produce.
How do we avoid celebration orders nobody collects?
A deposit online, asked only above an amount or on products you choose. It goes through your own Stripe account, and we take no commission on it.
Do I see my orders grouped by collection day?
Yes — it is the only useful way to read them in a bakehouse. You get a notification on every order, and the list gathers on the day the work has to happen.
My customers often ask what is halal or pork-free.
That is something you write once on the product, and the assistant repeats it as written in all three languages. It never guesses an ingredient you have not entered: if it is not written, it says so and hands over to you.
